Welcome to your 8 Weeks Strong Program, this program is designed to build muscle and work on increasing your strength. You will look to increase your weights, number of reps and to perfect your form to get the most out of your workouts. As this program is for the more intermediate/advanced gym goer I expect you to already know the basic movements to make sure injury is prevented throughout. If you are a beginner then my Online Coaching Service would be a better fit for you.
The program is split into 2 blocks, Block 1 which is your first 4 weeks is focused on a higher rep range to help you master your exercises and work on mind to muscle connection. Block 2 is mainly focused on building strength, less reps but lifting heavier. By the end of the 8 weeks you should feel more confident in your lifts, have a structured workout routine in place, and overall feel stronger.
