About Me:
I will work out, your work out. My aim is to put together a plan that is right for the client. We are all different in build and have different goals. There is not a one size fits all approach. I started going to the gym in my early teens to build my confidence, keep in shape and to enhance my performance in dance. Having the drive and commitment has made me love going to the gym and is something I wish to share with others.
Qualifications:
Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition
CPD Bodyweight Training
Emergency First Aid at Work
